Confirmation of Order.
1. —The Restrictive Trade Practices (Carpets) Order, 1960 , made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 , is hereby confirmed.
Short title.
2. —This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1960.
