Amendment of section 28(1) of Ãdarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979.
1 .— Section 28 (1) of the Ãdarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979 is amended by substituting “seven years and six months” for “five years and six months”.
Short title and collective citation.
2 .— (1) This Act may be cited as the Ãdarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) Act 2010.
(2) The Ãdarás na Gaeltachta Acts 1979 to 1999 and this Act may be cited together as the Ãdarás na Gaeltachta Acts 1979 to 2010.
